Crescent rolls topped with ham, cheese, eggs, and baked. Comfort food at its best! We love this casserole for breakfast, lunch, brunch, and baby showers. We’ve made this hamd and cheese breakfast casserole several times over the past few months and just can’t get enough of it. How to Make Mississippi Sin Breakfast Casserole

This ham and cheese breakfast casserole is super simple to make and only has a few ingredients. Press a can of crescent roll dough into the bottom and up the sides of a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Top the crescent rolls with diced ham, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions. In a large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, eggs, hot sauce, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese. Bake in a preheated oven until set. Allow the casserole to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting it into slices. Sprinkle casserole with more chopped green onions and enjoy.

  • 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • ¾ lb diced ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • ½ tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13x2 pan with cooking spray.

  • Unroll crescent rolls and press into the bottom and up the sides of the 9×13 pan, pressing seams together to seal.
